CFFH is a group of volunteer parents and community members working together to support the Francis Howell School District to ensure that it stays strong well into the future. 

Citizens for Francis Howell is a non-partisan PAC comprised of community members dedicated to supporting strong public schools and quality educational programs. This group began as Working to Improve Student Education ("W.I.S.E.") in the early 2000s and changed its name to Citizens for Francis Howell in 2008. The group includes seven to eleven elected steering committee members. The steering committee selects two co-chairs, a secretary, a treasurer, and a deputy treasurer according to its incorporated bylaws.

Citizens for Francis Howell is endorsing Prop O and Prop H in the November 3, 2026 election.
